MogulREIT II’s primary objective is to realize capital appreciation in the value of our investments over the long term, and to pay attractive and stable cash distributions to stockholders. MogulREIT II exclusively invests in multifamily properties and does so in the form of equity or preferred equity.
MogulREIT I’s primary objective is to pay attractive and consistent monthly cash distributions through diversified investments into multiple commercial property types. MogulREIT I invests into the debt, preferred equity, and equity of these properties.
